With your successful Registration, you will receive an invoice (if a registration fee is charged). After paying the invoice, you will not receive an receipt. For any proof of paying (e.g., for reimbursement) please use a copy of the invoice together with your bank report of the payment.
Please submit a withdrawal from an event to HLRS by letter, fax (+49 711 685 87219) or by e-mail to email@example.com. We ask for your understanding that we cannot accept withdrawals by phone. The date for your withdrawal shall be the date of receipt of your written withdrawal at HLRS. The withdrawal from fee-based events is free of charge up to two weeks prior to the event. For a later withdrawal, we will charge 60 % of the participant fee up to one week prior to the event. For a withdrawal shorter than one week prior to the event, but not later than 11am on the working day (Mo-Fr) before the course, we will charge 80% of the participant fee. For a withdrawal shorter than that, we will charge 100% of the participant fee. We reserve our right to exclude academic participants for one year from HLRS courses if they do not show up at registered courses and did not withdraw from their registration.
The provision of a substitute participant, who bears the incurred participant fees, is possible at any time and free of charge.
Please understand that we have to reserve the right to cancel the event in case of low number of participants or in case of absence of a lecturer, force majeure or similar causes. In case of cancellations or necessary changes of the program, we try to inform you as early as possible. If we have to cancel an event, we will refund your participant fees immediately. No further claims will be asserted against HLRS except for cases of willful intent or gross negligence.
According to §§21, 22 LDSG you have the right to find out what personal data has been stored and/or may correct these data at no charge. Please direct any corresponding requests to firstname.lastname@example.org.
